This was our first annual Earl Stahl design contest. Any Earl Stahl design built to any size was eligible for this event, and it proved to be a popular event indeed!

Al Likely, our CD for the Earl Stahl event, with his VERY pretty Stahl Taylorcraft. Al had the misfortune of having this beautiful model fly OOS at the meet.
The Earl Stahl entries line up for a photo. From left to right; Al Likely with his Taylorcraft, Frank Hirleman with his P-51A, Jim Woods with his Miles Magister, and Ron Vanden Bossche with his Cessna 195 and F4F Wildcat. Quite a variety of aircraft!
